Hanoi creates a testing ground for AI, semiconductors, robotics, and strategic technologies.

The People's Committee of Hanoi City has just issued Decision No. 3994/QD-UBND dated August 4, 2026, on the List of Priority Areas for Controlled Testing in the city. The Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 6150/QD-UBND dated December 11, 2025, on the list of priority areas encouraged for registration and implementation of controlled testing.
