$600M grant to boost PH healthcare

THE Marcos administration has secured a $600-million (P36.95 billion) grant from the United States to strengthen the country’s healthcare system.

The Department of Finance, in a statement on Monday, said the grant was facilitated under the Strategic Objective Agreement for Integrated and Sustainable Health Systems in the Philippines, which seeks to expand access to quality health care.
