Vietnam establishes steering committee for UN Convention against Cybercrime signing ceremony

Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed a decision establishing the steering committee for the Opening for the Signature of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (Hanoi Convention) and related events in Vietnam.

Decision No. 2222/QD-TTg, dated October 8, 2025, stipulates that the steering committee will assist the PM in directing and coordinating critical inter-ministerial work related to the implementation of international cooperation on cybersecurity and combating high-tech crime.
