Nominations Process

Submit your enterprise innovation initiative and demonstrate measurable business impact.

• Complete the online nomination form

• Provide company and representative details

• Highlight project objectives, execution and outcomes

Evaluation & Shortlisting

All submissions are reviewed by an independent panel of judges based on impact, scalability and governance.

Selected organisations will be recognised as official AIBP Finalists.

🗓 Finalists Notified: 10 April 2026

Finalists’ Showcase

Finalists are featured within the AIBP enterprise community across ASEAN.

This phase highlights transformation stories and best practices across the region.

Award Presentations & Recognition

Winners are formally recognised at AIBP events across ASEAN:

8–9 July: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
29–30 July: Bangkok, Thailand
26–27 August: Jakarta, Indonesia
15–16 September: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
23–24 September: Manila, Philippines

Winners are notified three weeks prior to presentation following final judging.

Quick FAQs

- Nomination is free of charge
- There will be 2 Award Winners per Country, 1 award in each category.
- Each company can nominate up to a maximum of 2 projects; 1 for each Category:
  - Data : Recognising projects in Data and Artificial Intelligence-driven Digital Transformation.
  - General : Acknowledging all other types of Digital Transformation projects
- Written nominations and when applicable, a presentation for Finalists will be evaluated and ranked by a country judging committee.
- The judging committee comprises of representatives from local government agencies and technology solution providers with knowledge of local digital transformation projects.
To be eligible for an award:
- The firm must be based in the country of nomination and the project was implemented in the country of nomination
- The project was launched, in part or in full within the last 12 calendar months of the nomination date,
OR
- The project was launched more than 12 calendar months preceding the nomination date and had recent innovations to improve the product/service/project

How to Nominate?

Category Criteria

Data, Artificial Intelligence Type Digital Transformation Projects

Projects submitted under this category should have data as the primary driver and foundation for digital transformation efforts. Data analysis, data-driven decision-making, and substantial utilization of Artificial Intelligence or advanced analytics should be central to the project's success.
Projects in this category could include (but not limited to):
- Building a data-driven recommendation engine for an online streaming service.
- Implementing an AI-powered fraud detection system in the financial sector.
- Developing a predictive maintenance solution for manufacturing using IoT
  and data analytics.
All Other Digital Transformation Projects
Projects in this category encompass a wide range of digital transformation initiatives that may incorporate data analysis but do not primarily revolve around it. Data analysis can be a part of the project, but it is not the primary driver or the core focus.

Projects in this category could include:
- Automating business processes through robotic process automation (RPA)
- Implementing a customer relationship management (CRM) system to enhance customer interactions, even if it involves some data management.
- Reimagining Business Models:
  Transforming traditional business models to adapt to the digital age, such as transitioning from brick-and-mortar retail to online sales.
